At Bunk Beds for Adults, your happiness is our top bunk. If your order doesn't quite stack up to your expectations, don't sweat it—we've got your back (and your bed), just let us know within 30 days of delivery. Our hassle-free return process is complete with no awkward small talk and pick up right from your doorstep.


RETURNS POLICY

We get it—sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we accept returns of new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery receipt.

To start your return, simply fill out our Return Request Form. Once completed, our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

Got the original packaging? Awesome! Use it to send your items back safely. If not, no worries—just make sure it's packaged snugly to avoid any damage during transit.

Ready to return? Reach out to our Customer Service dream team for a return shipment authorization. We’ll schedule a pickup right from your doorstep! Slap that return label on the box, leave it where the pickup team can grab it, and you’re good to go. Please note that your estimated shipping charges reflect our discounted rates and our hassle-free pickup from your doorstep.


REFUNDS & CREDITS (Cha-Ching!)

Once your return lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund. Heads up: a 10% restocking fee might apply. But here’s the silver lining—if you go for store credit instead, that fee vanishes. Poof! Gone. Consider it our way of saying, “Thanks for sticking with us!”

WARRANTY

We stand behind our bunk beds. That’s why every bed comes with a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Got an issue? Let us know, and we’ll arrange for repairs, replacement parts, or even a full replacement if needed.

Keep in mind, the warranty only covers products used as intended under normal conditions. Damage or defects from misuse, accidents, or wild DIY experiments are not covered. And since we’re all about keeping it personal, the warranty is non-transferable and doesn’t apply to resold items.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

If your item shows up looking a little rough around the edges, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Just snap a few photos of the issue (don't forget the different angles!) and, if you can, include the original packaging in the shots. Our Customer Service team will jump into action to sort things out with replacement parts or other fixes.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Mattresses are final sale—no take-backs on these bad boys. But hey, we trust you’ll love them as much as we do.
