Ground Shipping Orders
For orders that ship via ground, please allow about 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared. Ground shipments don’t schedule deliveries in advance, and they do not require a signature when they arrive.

Freight Shipping Orders

For freight shipments, transit times will vary depending on the destination:

• East Coast: Typically 10-15 business days.
• Midwest, West Coast, and rural areas: Plan for around 15-30 business days.

Keep in mind, these transit times are estimates since the freight shipping process can be a bit unpredictable, and we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your shipment reaches your local area, the freight carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are usually made Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Your order will be delivered to the first door of your choice (garage, inside front door, or porch). A signature is required at time of delivery. This method is delivery only, no additional services are included. 

During sales or promotional periods, processing times might be a bit longer due to higher order volumes.
